Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Isip, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Isip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control.
Purchases
Isip offers a one-time purchase of $9.99 (USD) to unlock all features permanently. This purchase is processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policy. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Intellectual Property
The Isip name, logo, brand, and all content within the app and website are the property of Cyrus David Pastelero. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Isip content without written permission.
Disclaimer
Isip is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated journal entries are generated by on-device models and may not always be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyrus David Pastelero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising out of or related to your use of Isip.
Apple End User License Agreement
Your use of Isip is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps downloaded from the App Store.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Isip after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
