What is Isip?+
Isip is an iOS app that turns your completed tasks into journal entries. Add tasks, complete them, and Isip writes your journal for you. On compatible devices, AI runs entirely on your device to auto-generate entries.
How does the auto-journal work?+
When you complete tasks throughout the day, Isip uses Apple's on-device AI to transform them into a natural journal entry. You can edit the entry, add reflections, or leave it as-is.
Is my data private?+
Completely. Isip stores everything on your device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no servers. Your tasks and journal entries never leave your phone.
Do I need an internet connection?+
No. Isip works entirely offline. All features — including AI journal generation on compatible devices — run on your device with no internet required.
What devices are supported?+
Isip works on iPhone XS and newer running iOS 17 or later. AI features (auto-journaling, smart classification, grammar polish) require iPhone 15 Pro or newer with iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence enabled. All other features — tasks, journal, voice capture, photos, mood tracking, and charts — work on any supported device.
How much does it cost?+
Isip is completely free. You get unlimited tasks, unlimited journal entries, export, insights, and AI features on compatible devices — no in-app purchases, no subscriptions.
Is there a subscription?+
No. Isip is free and will never have a subscription or in-app purchases.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. You can export all your journal entries as Markdown files. Your data is yours.
What is Apple Intelligence?+
Apple Intelligence is Apple's on-device AI system built into newer iPhones. Isip uses it to generate journal entries, summaries, and reflection prompts — all processed locally on your device, never in the cloud.
